Rigging
1) Basic Introduction to Rigging Inspection
Duration: Up to 1 hour. This class offers a general understanding of the requirements and safe working practices relating to rigging inspection:
• Hands-on Rigging/Sling Inspections per OSHA Guidelines
• Inspection of Rigging Hardware
• Handouts
2) Advanced Rigging
Duration: 4 hours. This rigging class will provide attendees with a general understanding of the requirements and proper working practices related to mechanical lifting. On completion of the course, participants will learn how to apply rigging methods properly and successfully. Topics covered will be:

• Risk Management and the Basic Rigging Plan at the Load Hook
