The Check-Fast® Tag and External Warning Indicator (EWI) on a round sling product provides for a pass/fail inspection of the internal load bearing core yarn. Tri-Flex® Wire Rope SlingUS Patent #4,043,581 This is a three part wire rope sling developed to give the rigger the advantages of strength combined with greater flexibility. It was created to replace large diameter single part wire rope slings which proved awkward and stiff. These slings are made in matching lengths.

Gator-Flex® Nine Part GrommetsUS Patent #5,561,973 Ultra flexible slings for that short heavy lift connection. These slings can be made shorter than standard multi-part slings but maintain all of the advantages.
Pad Eye Tester - HydraulicTesting of the hardware, slings and hoist are commonplace before making a lift. However, testing the connection from which the hoist is hanging is rarely part of the prelift testing. This pad eye tester weighs as little as forty pounds and attaches directly to the pad eye in the ceiling deck, or bulkhead. Test with up to 25 tons of force to verify that the pad eye will hold to the surface. This idea came from a discussion with riggers in a shipyard who had been involved in accidents when pad eyes broke from their welds and the rigging gear and load dropped.

It aids the rigger in placing the lifting point over the center of gravity so the load will lift in a level manner.
